Teresa Anderson GA Horse Farm was created by real estate agent and horse owner, Teresa Anderson, after she found that buyers and sellers were actively searching for a resource for their horse property needs. Taking a non-traditional approach and steering away from cookie-cutter, realtor-type advertising, she utilized her marketing and graphic design background. She relied on the Field of Dreams philosophy of, "if you build it, they will come" and they have! From the beginning the GAHorseFarm.com web site has been very well received and generates 100s of unique visitors each month.
Teresa began her real estate career in 2003 at Realty One with Broker Bobbie Poole. She had been boarding her two arabian horses at Tyson Equestrian in Acworth and assisted several of her friends at that barn in finding their own horse farms. Through her work with other horse clients and after joining Equestrian Real Estate speciality firm, Negrelli Realty, Teresa soon found her own dream horse farm in the Canton / Ball Ground area in 2005.
Prior to going into real estate, Teresa held the position of Marketing Manager for Cobb firm Atlanta Realty. Before that, she was affiliated with marketing consulting group, Nucifora Consulting; served as business development associate for high-tech advertising agency, J. Walter Thompson; was an account executive and special events coordinator for worldwide sponsorship group, Octagon/Advantage International and worked on national multi-million dollar account teams for MasterCard, UPS, Sears, Home Depot and IBM, just to name a few.
Teresa lives on her 7 acre farm with her pack of Dalmatians and small herd of Arabians. She considers it a gift and privledge to be able to live this lifestyle and work with such wonderful clients! She is truly blessed!

Kim Wilcox - Sales Manager for GAHorseFarm.com Kim Wilcox is a recent addition to the GAHorseFarm family. Kim is a career realtor and brings vast experience and a great knowledge of the equestrian community and land and farms in the area. She raised and showed quarter horses for many years working with some of the top trainers and handlers in the area, taking her horses to World titles. In real estate she has also held the same success and has worked in new construction, land development, commercial and residential sectors. Kim works with buyers and sellers alike and teamed up with Teresa to assist with the equestrian clientel garnered as a result of the last 5 years developing GAHorseFarm.
